Dejima & Oura Cathedral | Nagasaki Prefecture
The island in Nagasaki Port, called Dejima. The artificial island housed the Dutch East India Company’s Japanese trading post. “Oura Cathedral” is the oldest church existing in Japan today. Originally built as a place for foreigners staying in Nagasaki to pray.
